Our Client is developing a project which consist of the following –
1) Podium level with Retail level (Core & Shell)
2) Office Tower – 1 ( Core & shell)
3) Office Tower – 2 (Core & shell)
4) Residential Tower
Also, a 5th Component which is the Monorail station is part of the project site (podium level) but is excluded from the application. This is because neither our Client is involved as part of the monorail project and nor are we as design (architecture and MEP) and LEED consultants. For consistency, all our credits will exclude Monorail station except for parking which is being developed part of the project.
We are currently registered under the LEED-C&S rating system.

Is the above acceptable -
1) registered under LEED-C&S?
2) Exclude monorail?
