I only recently started using version 8, so this question is probably late. I set the unit in "Drawing Set Up" as 'Fractional Inches', but in the Edit Window the length dimension shows in decimal inches. Vertical and horizontal lines display correctly in fractional inches, as well as other shapes. It looks like only the diagonal lines have this problem. Have I not set something correctly, or is this a bug?
Speaking of lines, is it possible to display the x and y deltas of diagonal lines in the Edit Window? _________________ Mac Pro, 9 Gig RAM,

Rolando,
In PowerCADD, when an even fractional inch dimension cannot be assigned to a line (based on the Units setting 1/2", 1/4", 1/8" etc.), a decimal number is assigned. This is more likely for diagonal lines since the orthographic lines might be snapped to the grid and therefore would be exactly even fractional dimensions. Forgive me if I misunderstand the question.
If you are assigning dimensions within the unit range to these lines and still getting a decimal equivalent of an even fractional dimension (1.50000" instead of 1 1/2"), then something else is wrong.

| it sounds suspiciously like the dreaded "display accuracy specified" checkbox might be worth troubling with in this situation as well. |
