and studies have found that babies will follow a pretty woman over thier own ugly mom.
#3 Hire someone who has something you need.
I'm almost too good looking, with a nice muscular butt, even my feet are attractive, and sexy tatoo on my shoulder. _________________ n/a |

Hear is what I look for in a hire:
--Intellectual energy: are they curious, do they read books on their own? Architecture requires that level of intellectual hunger.
--Drawing ability: have they learned to express themselve visually? Architecture is all aboout communicating complex subjects in simplied formats.
--Friendliness: will they be able to get on with their fellow workers and more importantly with the clients? Architecture is a team sport. (Appearance would fall into this category as piercings and visible tattoos do not appear very friendly to most.)
--Verbal & written communication: Do they write and speak well? These abilities will be seen as representations of the firm's abilities as a whole. As people have an easier time recognizing poor grammar than poor design, they will judge upon what they know. _________________ Ross Sinclair Cann, AIA APA
