Great info indeed. The pieces are starting to come together! Haven't quite been able to go through the entire 400 page report and all the data posted, but will with time.

Much of this does not sound believable, and it becomes ever difficult to ascertain what in reality was going on with the Montauk project, and its connection to the Philadelphia experiment.
Apparently some type of "Space-Time Compression" technology was being experimented with.
Apparently, there is a sub-terranean base under Montaulk as well. And it is apparenlty still active, sending out disruptive fields into the atmosphere. Work being conducted there includes psychotronics, particle beams, electromagnetic mind control, black-hole simulations and inter-dimensional / time travel experiments. And possibly particle accelerators are in use at the base as well. These to power particle beam weapons, HAARP transmissions as well as exotic particle beam radar systems. The basis of much of the work goes back to Tesla, Einstein and their contemporaries. The research is advancing truly by leaps and bounds, all kept hidden from the prying eyes of the public... but not from everyone.

The report list strange events taking place there with women, an airline crash, a restricted area of Camp Hero State Park, with much testimony extending back twenty years on covert illegal activity taking place there as well. But recent declassified documents show a secret study done in East Berlin 1988, deep emotional-release stuff... code named "Badlands Bruce", and just now revealed, "Weapon of mass construction", considered armed and dangerous.

It's high time we use some weapons of mass construction and start building some grass-root movements to shake society around us into some real lasting change once and for all.
No use focusing on illusion. Let's get down to the real cause of demise of ancient civilizations and the same cause of our current troubles - the masses kept in ignorance while a few decide the course of the destiny of millions.
Entire nations perishing our flourishing, based on the whim and desires of a few rulers and money changers who hold the purse strings. I say let's bring old Bruce out and start shaking the ground until the money from all these money changes falls right out of their pockets and into the hands where it really belongs.
Start digging up the underground bases boys. This land is going to rock.
The time to begin is now. Let the party begin. |

The aim I agree with. The passion, I agree with.
But it is not the money people I blame. Even Bruce is now on the money side, but he earned it.
Every revolution and dictatorship starts with the words, "Let's take the money from the rich, let's redistribute the land among the peasants."
Every Robin Hood revolutionary seems to end up like Joe Stalin and Hitler, even the Taliban chopping off heads and skinning people alive promise to take money from the rich, and do it in the name of reform.
Return to integrity, return to responsibility. Empires are defeated from the outside and from the inside. Regulators were in place, and they didn't do their jobs. Accountants were in place and they cooked the books, and gave themselves bonuses while the publicly traded stock became worthless. The courts have become shopping malls, bring lots of money and they will decide in your favor, keep you out of jail.
Because, if you note, trillions of dollars have been lost, it is complete chaos in the economy (but now getting better), and NOBODY WENT TO JAIL!!!
On the tragic-murderous side, we are seeing suicides, and whole-family homicides, in their desperation and depression.
Bring back integrity. Shake responsibility out of our government officials, and that includes Congress, and the Executive, and the Judicial, and the grass roots persons like myself, a taxi driver. We have to demand more, and we can't vote some dysfunctional "person" in for two terms, like was done with George Bush.
PS... that "person" is alleged to be suicidal, by the way, and I say that to proactively encourage intervention, if that be true.
Empires come and go, and we think America can never go down. We are fighting for the dreams that made our country great.

However, one need not equate revolution necessarily with dictatorship.
Radical revolutionary groups will always exist, and they will pretend to be Robin Hood, to feed the dreams of the masses, to then come back and steal from the masses, once in power.
It has been said, "money is the root of all evil". Thus, it all boils down in the end for thirst for power, and for money. Money is the driving force behind wars.
Those who control the purse strings can also create the need for wars, so as to benefit from them in some way. Some nations benefit with more power, Other nations with attention. (As you propose on Korea, for example). Others with prestige. Others make a "pile" monetarily by financing the war hogs and the weaponry. Thus, war can be used to enrich those in power. This has happened successively in this country, sadly. Those who see no responsibility on the part of the rich for the countries malize also cannot see the connection between money and war. Throughout the Ages, empires have risen and fallen. Successive nations have been plundered over the centuries, and their riches taken off to foreign countries. This, the ultimate goal of many a mega empires has been to seize the weath of weaker nations. In America, it is the rich who have fueled the need for depressions, economic downturns, wars and such, in order so that their organizations and their power elite may benefit their central institutions of banking, and their industries of production of war machines. These wars benefit their various contrived power structures, which even determine the fate of elections in their favor. It has happened and is happening over and over again in this country. Some have been able to see this and are demanding responsibility and even starting grass root movements to over-throw the power elite who run this country and have swayed the laws to their favor, structuring the entire banking system around a few central private banks and power groups which basically call the shots, and can determine the helpless fate of hundreds of smaller banks, destining them to failure, so that their own organizations can flourish and grow while the rest succumb to failure. Then, the concentration of power is increased and these groups grow stronger while the rest are subjected to adversity and failure. It is by means of creating these successive situations of chaos that such groups devise to gain even more power and influence.
This entire thread and related threads have been interesting, as they have presented quite a diverse range of views of the history of modern civilizations, as well as many modern problems of secret groups operating under ground or under cover, violating basic citizens rights.
It is only when we hold these individuals accountable, and participate in our own way and manner in supporting others who also would like to see change, that our combined efforts can make a difference.
Sad to see many do not even have a fighting chance, particularly those who are forced to grow up in situations of adversity and hardship and barely see the light of day, as the boy in the previous story in the secret base of New Berlin.
Many are not aware as well of the developments of the Germans during the Second War, and how they advanced by leaps and bounds in the areas of secret technology, much of which was most likely shipped or flown off to this secret South Pole base.
Many such underground bases certainly exist today, as was described prior in this discussion, and many of them the same power elite maintain control of, by means of secret bases operating under the guise of research. There, the advanced nature of the technology available, and the research under development is truly astounding.
In the search for under-water sites, and ancient civilizations, one can imagine how many of these secret bases we would come across. Many of these have already been cited above.
Taken as a whole, we can begin to see patterns emerging in the research - the same patterns that have led to the demise of the greatest of ancient civilizations - greed for power, for money, when one nations expands and seeks to superceed another, and when power groups within the ruling structure of these empires and nations defies logic and lead to the demise of it's own civilization, as has happened time and time again. The causes and means may seem various and multiple, but the end desire of all these empires has been the struggle for more power and world control. Perhaps the clash of the Titans or the fall of Atlantis itself carried many similar signs during each stage of the civilizations, which signified also their expansion and climax of rise to power, when the greatest powers are also challenged by the greatest of foes. The shifting power structures has always led to the shift in the geo-political center of world powers. It is only with modern technology that the shift has gone from local power structures to a capability of world domination. This is the ultimate quest that such groups today seek for, the ultimate goal of creating a world dominating system, infused with power with money as it's core asset and means of uniting the struggling world into one global empire, with those who control the purse strings leading the race, the flame they propose to carry to reach their ultimate goal of a world dominating power, with the seat of power nothing other then resting with the purse string banking institutions they control.
The Mountaulk base, the HAARP transmissions and many such tales of abuse are certainly only a tip of the iceberg in terms of what the elite power structures are capable of doing when running unchecked and when supported by the highest of governance complacency or even active secret support. All this is only paving the way further for a centralization of control of the scientific work of many a great minds, such as Tesla. Such centralization into under-ground bases also gives them a means to operate games of mind control out of the public eye, and also as a means to increase the power and influence of the same groups which ultimate flow up-stream to a central operating group, aimed at suppression of information and technology.
Imagine where the world would be today, if we have actually the capability to do anything one can imagine, in terms of science. Time travel, warping of space, worm-holes, advance technologies so mind boggling, being kept in the hands of a few, kept away from the masses, and the world prevented from reaping in the benefits of these technologies. What other reason but to maintain the world in ignorance, so as to increase the power and control of a few, when the work of the greatest of minds is seized, their patents and experiments either taken over, or destroyed, such as in the case of Tesla, who refused to succumb to this power elite and allow them to take over his patents and technology. Reading his story, one can see he was harassed, all his laboratories and experiments burned to the ground. Lucky he was he didn't loose his life. The same occurs even to this day, when the greatest of minds work is taken over, with no credit given to them, and the few seek to maintain in their grasp the control of all new advanced technology. Meanwhile the world grows darker with carbon pollution, burning of fossil fuels, and stalling off in hunger, disease, war and global warming, while all along the solutions are there, but the rich and powerful have a greater vested interest to keep their oil refineries burning, and the flow of oil and polluting industries going, all in the name of protecting their assets, to the detriment of the world. The most industrialized nations are those who maintain the greatest number of such industry groups who also are able to sway the laws to their favor, and elect officials and politicians who will favor their industries, to the detriment of those who would seek to protect the environment. Notice how the US has swayed away from all global agreements on green house gas reduction efforts, and has cooperated so little in the end, all in the name of protecting the interests of the same power elite which run the industries.
The battle for information goes on, and let us never give up to hold on to the truth, no matter how hard it hurts, hor how painful reality must be. Good luck to all those starting grass movements seeking to make a change. It may seem light small efforts, in a sea of a world of confusion, but every small effort counts. Cheers. |

As a continuation to the latest points being made, we have seen some very interesting events in the news lately that demonstrate how many secret hands act in secret ways to manipulate the world in ways interesting to only a few. The secret bases were the beginning of the discussion, but this problem extends itself to many other areas.
The latest events in the government, demanding more responsibility, and questioning the powers of the "Fed" reserve system is very good. What is private cannot be treated as an all empowering Frankenstein, that is now stepping out of the boundaries of it's role, attempting to take upon itself now the power to run and oversee all banks and financial operations. This Frankenstein, the private group we call the Fed is actually a cartel of power hungry bankers seeking to over-run lower level banking institutions, and take upon itself powers that are not within the realm of it's operation. This institution has existed for over a some hundred years, and now the cracks are beginning to appear. Any institution not accountable to the government that places all power in the hands of a few central banking institutions is bound to get out of control. The time is certainly now for the public to understand this organization, the power it wields, and who are behind the manipulation and power games going on.
The latest Citibank scandal*** (see link below) and take over of a failing institution reveals the main problem with having a central power calling the shots and threatening the likes of the CEO of Citibank with resignation, should he/they not follow the orders of this independent organization, that up until now has not been accountable for it's irresponsible behavior and fraudulent methods of control and manipulation. It is high time members of Congress ( see link *2 below) and other government representatives bring this organization into line and even seriously consider revamping the same. The public as well must become more aware of it's 'modus operandi' and central interests, so that it may support the same measures that bring it's structure and current mode of existence into the necessary mode of question, question, question. We cannot just accept this type of modus operandi anymore without bringing it into question, and must as a society take action before the Frankenstein monster that has been created fully matures.

One can only surmise that the most advanced of civilizations would have sought to overcome all these short comings. But we know certainly humanity even with it's current very advanced level of development has not been able to overcome these pitfalls in order to advance forward free of the vice of greed for more power and money.
Certainly the fall of past ancient civilizations is due to similar reasons - the interests of a few leading the masses down a path of ruin and destruction.
If we are ever to learn from the past, we must learn to free ourselves from the vices of these human power structures before we create for ourselves entirely new Frankenstein monsters that will only re-create the past with empires ten times as strong, but ten times also capable of wreaking global havoc. |

The Mystery Around Andros Island and AUTEC
About the History Channel videos above:
The later ending 25% of video 3/5 above really gets interesting, when they interview a French ufologist, Max. The Secret of the base starts to unravel itself, as we discover what Autec really is. It is more then exotic, sophisticated aquatic weapons testing. According to the French Ufologist, the location is actually a nest for contact with aliens, believe it or not. During the Eisenhower administration a secret meeting establishes the agreement. Exchange of very advanced technology will be made and in turn free access given to those from the other dimensions of outer space. "Autec is a laboratory of extremely exotic, avant garde, multi-dimensional, multi-parallel universe technology."` This sounds alot like area 51. The video goes on... "Autec is a portal, an entrance/exit gateway to multiple universes. Autec is built on a remaining ancient portion of Atlantis." Who lived in Atlantis? (stated also...).
A Pilot's Experience - Travel Through Time?
So the location of Autec is very strange indeed, with strange apparitions, strange events going on. Here enters the testimony of a man/pilot Bruce who claims to have traveled through time on Dec. 04th, 1970. With 600 flight hours under his belt, he tells the story. He was headed for Bimini Island. He saw the lenticular cloud, which normally form at 20,000 feet, but this one was only 500 feet above the ocean off shore! Not only was it's height unusual, but it began to spread out at an amazing rate, building up when he was at 11,500 feet he broke up , then suddenly the cloud reached 50,000 feet and the clouds met and formed a tunnel, with the center at 10,000 feet. The clouds were full of electricity, with flashes going on all around him. He entered what he calls a "time tunnel vortex" and he started going forward in time. It should have taken him 3 minutes to reach the other end of the tunnel, but it took actually only 20 seconds. When he got to the other end, the tunnel had reduced to 20 feet in size and the wings scraped the inner edges of the tunnel. When he got to the other end, the tunnel collapsed. After it collapsed, his instruments were mal functioning and only his radio was working. He contacted air control telling them he was about 90 miles from Miami, when they started screaming at him saying "we have an airplane directly over Miami beach!" When he landed at Palm beach international, he found out that the flight took 30 minutes less then he had ever made that flight before, and he had made that flight before at least a dozen times. He found he had 10 gallons of extra fuel when he landed. He was 100 miles away from Miami, and he went this distance in 3 minutes! (While crossing through the tunnel). The A36 would have had to travel at 319 miles an hour, but his plane had a top speed of 234 mph!. It would have been impossible for his plane to fly at that speed! Normally the 210 miles takes 75 minutes, but he flew 250 miles in 47 minutes, and still had 10 gallons of fuel when he arrived.
Strange Events over the Years in this area:
In fact the Bermuda triangle, the video high-lights, has a strange record of disappearing craft -->>
1. December 1945 - flight 19 dis-appears over the Bermuda triangle while on a training mission.
2. June 1950 - The 300 foot cargo ship Vessandra is never heard from again after sailing into the Bermuda triangle.
3. May 1968 - The US Navy submarine scorpion goes missing and she never reaches port in North of Virginia.
Maybe it's not a natural phenomenon after all? Perhaps many of these events can be linked to Autec?
From a Scientist's Perspective
The next part of video 4 deals with General relativity, time warping, time travel, black holes, worm-hoes... With electromagnetic fields and rotation, worm-holes can connect different physical points together, making time travel possible. When mass is collapsed down, space-time is compressed, or one can theoretically travel space time...
Nichol's Town Under-Water ruins found
The next interview with Greg Little and Laura - of the A.R.E. organization are interviewed. They are searching for Atlantis in this area (EDgar CAssey's Atlantis - the psychic who predicted Atlantis would be found in this area). In searching for anomalies, they were told of the abnormal formations in Nichol's town, where large megalithic underwater blocks were found. These were carbon dated and found to be old. This is about 30 miles from Autec, on the Northern part of the Island. The possible remnants of an ancient visible civilization can be found about 300 feet off Nichols town, about 20 feet in depth! (One can search for this in Google Earth as well but the under-water forms do not appear clearly in these murky waters). In the video, the diver's clearly find something - some type of stone formation - huge stone structures with platforms, going off hundred's of feet in the distance! (With right angle cuts and all!). These can be covered at times also, so they must be viewed when uncovered... Structured surfaces can be seen, smooth, segmented, with a direction, going off in the distance. It is bedrock, it was carbon dated and it is from 4000 BC, so it is 6000 years old! So it points out to a civilization that is not documented in history. They apparently laid bedrock down to create a harbor area. And well before any documented civilization!
Summary of Unusual Events Around Autec - AUTEC - Navy equivalent of Area 51
So there are some very unusual things going on around Autec, with strange lights in the sky and under the water, strange ancient ruins, strange history revolving Andros Island...strange under-water cables, strange appearances of UFO's in the area... strange craft appearing out of the water or under the water, not of human proportions and size and not from any known human technology. So Autec is the Navy's Area 51.
The possibilities of spotting USO's under the water are infinitely smaller then spotting craft in the sky, so people having seen craft in this area indeed indicates something very unusual is going on there. |

The Dulce Base

The area around Dulce has had a high number of reported Animal Mutilations." The researchers at Dulce Base have also abducted several people from Dulce's civilian population and implanted devices of various types in their heads and bodies. (Note: Livermore Berkeley Labs (where?) began producing blood for the Dulce Base in the mid 1980s, and Human and Animal abductions slowed considerably. It may be worthwhile to check-out Livermore Berkeley Labs.) DELTA group (from the National Recon Group) is responsible for security of all Alien-connected projects. The DELTA symbol is a Black Triangle on a Red Background. Dulce Base's symbol is a Delta (triangle) with the Greek Letter "Tau" (t) within it, and then the entire symbol is inverted, so the triangle points down, and the "Tau" is also inverted. I found Gabe to be a very congenial host, offering to show me around the roads of Dulce that night and point out some various locations where he had found mutilated cows or had seen strange aerial lights. He made the astounding statement that he was still seeing unidentified aircraft at the rate of one every two nights. We took a look at the Gomez Ranch, the road by the Navajo River, and the imposing Archuleta Mesa. Gabe had found landing tracks and crawler marks near the site of the mutes, and was convinced that scientist Paul Bennewitz of Thunder Scientific Labs in Albuquerque, was definitely on the right track in his attempts to locate the underground alien facility in the vicinity of Dulce. No one knew for sure where the facility was located or how humans or aliens gained secret entry to the facility.
I had first heard of Paul Bennewitz in 1980 when my friend Walter called me from Albuquerque and told me he had been working with Paul on electronic instruments. Walter informed me that Paul had not only photographed UFOs, but had established a communication link with their underground base at Dulce. Bennewitz had first come to prominence during the August, 1980, sightings over the Manzano Weapons Storage Area at Kirtland AFB. A Kirtland AFB incident report dated October 28, 1980 mentions that Bennewitz had taken film of the UFOs over Kirtland. Paul, who was president of the Thunder Scientific Labs which was adjacent to Kirtland gave a briefing in Albuquerque detailing how he had seen the aliens on a video screen. At the time, the aliens were transmitting signals to him from a base underneath Archuleta Mesa.
Researcher William Moore claims that the government agents became interested in Bennewitz's activities and were trying to defuse him by pumping as much disinformation through him as he could absorb. Whether Paul's communication with supposed aliens at the Dulce Base was part of this disinformation campaign is unclear. If we believe that Paul is the single source of reports on the Dulce Facility, then discounting Paul's story and discrediting him could be a tactical maneuver. The actual disinformation maneuver would result in making the public believe there was nothing to the Dulce story. |

Black Budget Projects
"The black budget is a secretive group/budget that garners 1/4 of the gross national product of the US. The present gross national product at that time was , around 5 trillion dollars, so a quarter of that at that time 1.25 trillion dollars per year. At least 1.023 trillion is used in black budget programs like Deep Underground Military Bases. At the time of the video, there were 129 DUMBs in the US - (Deep Underground Military Bases). There are being built day and night unceasingly since the 40's. Some of them were built before that. These basis comprise basically of large cities underground. They're connected by high speed monorail magneto leviton trains that can go up to Mach 2. The average depth of each base is roughly a mile deep. They are basic whole cities hollowed out underground. They are somewhere between 2 and 2.66 cubic miles and 4.25 cubic miles hollowed out underground. You might ask how this is done. Well, right now they have laser drilling machines that can drill a tunnels seven miles in one single day! Obviously we the public have been misinformed or not told about this. The black projects as we know them sidestep Congress, which is illegal! Right now the NWO is depending upon these bases. Now, here some application of this in context. It has been written with a few hidden clues.

Clue: Anyone watching the skies will know what we are talking about.
Here are the main referred to clues:
DS = dark star. Clue 6 - around our galaxy. WG - the winged globe. (See Sumerian symbols). CT - planet/comet tail. (A large amount of debri, rocks etc. A planet gone comet). Clue 7 - some major movies have given us a glimpse of it. Ple = people. Ple d = people's descendants. Gv - governmt. MP - military personnel. PCT - planet comet's tail. SB - sun burts.
Just look at the course of the sun, the moon and the planets, this will reveal a clue.
Or look for people claiming to see a type of SSS.(clue 4).

MN - magnetic North. ME - mother earth.
Now, regarding Andros Island -
There are various marine under-sea bases as well and these are being used most likely in a similar fashion. Andros Island most likely is a major one of these, as suggested in the thread earlier.

Clue 5: The large DS, a cloud of gas is said to be making her orbit* (clue 6) and with her comes the WG, orbiting the star and exerting it's influence on our MN - altering it's course. Soon the tilt of our ME (clue) will turn until it's reaches a 90 degrees. At this extreme it would inevitably cause a MS major event such as major PS and the like, with detw(clue). In the meantime, as ME is swept by the PCT, the contents of the same will bring also further consequences.(clue 7). This just a brief summary of some very strange events going on. Meantime the sun has been dormant, with periods of intense activity following a placid calm. When the SB get real intense, lME will not be the same and man and animals will need to.... clue 10.
Those who take the time to find the clues will know what this is talking about.
Clue 4a1 - she is seen to the right of the sun from the North, and to the left of the sun from the south of the globe. At times she cannot be seen at all, as her path is winding in and out of the planets. Some think they are seeing the DS and not the WG. In fact this makes more sense, as the WG is visible only on SOHO and the like, being too far away. DS is even further out, making her orbit around our galaxy. But as our sun is reflected in her dust, she can be seen as a large globe LOS ou ROS or even BTS or any variant she so desires.
Note: Idea of encoded name MRE's in article sounded good, so went ahead and applied the same idea to the rest of the text. If you get the jest of it stay quite. The sun also has been nice and quite. But take a friend or two along in your ride is a good idea. ME also will bless those who do their homework and stay nice in the process. The message can be well understood and is most interesting. Certainly such a large quantity of MRE's being transported to underground locations is very revealing. Obviously the population is not aware of these facts and the events which surround them, or are expected to preclude their usage. Perhaps it could be even considered as a well regarded secret, given the fact that not much is heard of this and the reasons behind this preparation.
The link from Norway is most interesting as well, particularly coming from genuine sources. The threats he mentions and the mystery surrounding their presence among us is most intriguing and certain explains much of what is going on or the reasons behind such events. All this has certainly been predicted thousands of years ago and those who know the writings of the great book are well advised, for in them is contained also many images which give a picture of the sequence of events to preclude the implementation of such resources. All this only further confirms also the advanced technology being employed to guarantee the continuity of these systems as the circumstances unfold requiring the need for their implementation.
Difficult to predict it may be with precision but the overall direction of events can be known. The earth certainly is undergoing some great transformations and with time slowly these will become more obvious. Wise are those who know how to prepare and who inhabit higher places not only in a spiritual illusion but also in the physical realm of being. It is wise as well, as mentioned to be shared, so that others may know. Many obviously do not accept the application and are not able to understand the implications but this is well understood as well. So caution is needed also as few there are who are able to grasp it's significance. The WG mentioned, the DS and other items mentioned in codified form are actually well expressed and the terms more then mere symbolic. As mentioned, the Sumerians understood this well when they imparted to generations this knowledge of the cycles of the stars. Great was their understanding. Now we live in an age where such knowledge is lost and guarded in the minds of a special few, who recognized how to prepare for it's implications.
