Office space for shared rental in Tribeca. We are a small architecture and interior design firm--looking to split rent and utilities with another small group of creative individuals.
Separate entry is available for larger offices. Ideal share would have 2-6 workstations.
The studio is bright and spacious with skylights, french doors to street, and over 2,000 SF of hardwood floors. Shared bathroom and conference area. We can share internet access but you will have to set up your own phone and fax lines.
Close to 1,2,3,A,C,E,J,M,Z trains.
