As featured by Yahoo News, Eole-Tech has cobbled together several recent technologies to integrate making water from humid air, using an independently powered wind mill device.
Starting at $9000 on the low end, I can just see a major manufacturer stepping in and licensing this product, adding an additional electrical generating capability to it, so you can get clean water and AC electricity from the same wind generator.
It is not the only "water from air" invention out there, but it may be the first using an independently powered wind mill. I say this idea is sensational.

Idea for Chrysler, or Ford, or GM, or IBM, or GE... these units could be manufactured everywhere, and used everywhere, with the water quality testing better than all available bottle or tap samples, I am told.
If I have learned anything from my ancient history studies, the single greatest resource may have been the clean water resource, which was so critical to daily survival, and so susceptible to contamination, that they ended up building thousands of stone pyramidal structures over fresh water sites, especially in the central and south american areas.
America needs thousands or tens of thousands of these units, I truly believe, in the ever dwindling clean water availabilities.
I give it my vote, best idea of the decade! _________________ Ed Ziomek |
