Just purchased a 60s brick ranch . . . need help redesigning the shared hall / master bedroom bath.
See attached floorplan
I'd like to extend the bathroom 4' into the dining room to possibly allow for a closet.
Currently there's 2 toilets in the bath, not necessary in the renovation, but entry from master bedroom is important for resale purposes.
If space allows, I'd like to "delete" the current master bedroom closet and use that space as an offset to place dresser to allow for more floor space.
Need to keep linen closet somewhere in the hallway.
**** see floorplan . . . . disregard the new bed / bath addition off the back of house . . . . previous elderly couple needed that space for wheelchair . . . . that space does not flow well . . . thinking of moving the kitchen to the bath / closet addition *****
***** front door will be moved to the other side of picture window ****
